About the Artist

Patrizia was born in Toronto, Canada, the family moved to the majestic city of Rome when Patrizia was six.  Surrounded by history, beauty and art (lots of art), her creativity blossomed and one of her favourite outings was to visit her father at work at one of Rome's finest furniture stores which catered for movie stars and Rome's elite clientele. 

 Patrizia's love for art, culture and glamour flourished!

She was surrounded by the finest interiors Italy had to offer, beautiful homewares and art.  She was witness to her father's entrepreneurial spirit as he catered for Rome's artistic community.

Before finally residing in Perth, Western Australia, just before leaving the Eternal City on her 9th birthday, a family friend gave her a beautiful gift - a large hardcover coffee table book entitled: "Primo Incontro con L'Arte" ("First Encounter with Art").  An unlikely gift for a little girl, "We know one day you will create great things" was the message.  Patrizia didn't quite understand it at the time, but was somehow honoured and proud, something within her aligned with the experience completely, as she blissfully accepted the gift.

Drawing was, and still is her passion!
